Shipping and Returns
We ship all of our creations via US Postal Service Priority Mail. That way, you can enjoy delivery in 1 to 3 business days AND we both benefit from online package tracking.
We charge you only what the Post Office charges us. With just a few exceptions, our creations fit into economical flat rate pouches and boxes (medium or large). An item that cannot fit into a flat rate box will be sent at the most economical option for the item weight and your zip code.
If you order multiple creations, your checkout page shows the combined costs of shipping each item. Please be assured that we will make every attempt to combine the items into one box and pass along any savings to you when we process your credit card. You will see these savings marked on the invoice included in your package.
If you want an item shipped outside the United States, please contact us and we'll work with you to identify the most cost-effective shipping option.
Just not happy with your purchase? We will accept returns within 14 days. Simply contact us with the reason for your return and instructions on how to ship your item back. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the item less our original shipping charge. You are responsible for paying your return shipping costs.
If you find the item you purchased is defective, contact us within 14 days for a determination on repair, credit or full refund of the item and shipping costs.
If you return a creation to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for your own protection. We can only accept returns that are actually received and not damaged in shipping.
